Spa Rules & Policies

  • Children and/or guest not receiving services are not allowed in the spa lobby or treatment rooms.

    No exceptions

  • We offer facial services for minors 13 and up. Parents must be present during the service, may wait in the spa lobby.

    We do offer waxing services for minors. Age is dependent on discussion with minors parent or guardian before booking. Parent or guardian must be in treatment room during service.

  • We have a zero tolerance policy for any form of harassment, inappropriate, or rude behavior towards our staff and guests. A’Maries Skin Bar reserves the right to refuse services for any reason.

  • All transactions are considered final sale. No refunds will be offered on services performed due to the use of time and resources. We can not offer refunds or exchange on products due to sanitation regulations.

    No refunds on service deposits, packages, or gift cards.

  • If you are scheduled for multiple services and you cancel one or more of those services less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or after you have arrived, you are still responsible for paying the remaining balance of all service originally scheduled.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice.If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. If deposit paid it will go towards this fee. This fee is for missed appointment, will not go towards new appointment. Any cancellation or rescheduling fees incurred must be paid in full within 24 hours of occurrence to remain a client of A’Maries Skin Bar

  • If you fail to show up for your appointment (“no call, no show”), a fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged to card on file. If deposit paid it will go towards this fee . This fee is for missed appointment, will not go towards new appointment. Any no call, no show fees incurred must be paid in full within 24 hour of occurrence to remain a client of A’Maries Skin Bar.

  • We have a 5 minute grace period for all appointments.Please contact as a soon as possible if you are running late to confirm if we are still able to accommodate the appointment.Clients more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule. You will be charged 50% of services originally scheduled (card on file will be charged). If deposit paid it will go towards this fee. Must be paid before scheduling a new appointment. This fee is for missed appointment, will not go towards new appointment. Must be paid within 24 hours of occurrence to remain a client of A’Maries Skin Bar.

We understand that many things may come up that would cause the need for last minute appointments changes. In order to be fair to all of our valued clients, these policies are enforced in all situations. No exceptions.
